HOW DO I REGISTER?
How to buy a gift certificate?
You have 2 options: You can purchase online via our website www.perthexotics.com.au 24/7 , or you can book over the phone by calling us at 0415 030 103.
How can I pay?
There are 4 payment options:
1. Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard accepted. Secure and instant payment processing.
2. Bank Cheque: Order is only confirmed after full payment processed. If you need to pay in 2 installments you can do so free of charge and your order will be confirmed once the second cheque is cleared.
3. Cash: This is only possible on the track. We cannot guarantee any availability if reservation is not paid in advance.
4. Bank transfer: Please contact us for details in order to proceed to the direct deposit transfers.
Can I pay in installments?
If you pay by cheque you may pay in 2 installments free of charge. Please note that your order will be confirmed only after the second cheque has been cleared.
Can I pay a gift voucher today and book a date later?
Yes, you can choose a gift certificate which would be valid for six months from date of purchase. You or the recipient can book the date online or by phone within six months from date of purchase.
Can I pay today and book the car later?
Yes, you can choose a gift certificate which would be valid for six months from date of purchase. You or the recipient can book the choice of car online or by phone within six months from date of purchase.
How do I book a last minute gift and how do I receive it today?
You can book a gift certificate and print immediately after completing your order. You can also add a personal message to it before printing!
Can I change the recipient of my gift certificate?
Yes, it is fully transferable to another recipient of your choice during the valid period. Contact us with the name of the new recipient so we can update the reservation. Please note that it does not change expiration date of the gift certificate.
Can I change the experience I have selected?
Yes, providing availability. If there is a price difference, you will be responsible to pay that difference before the change in the reservation can be made.

How do I book a date for the experience?

How many days ahead do I need to make a reservation?
Depending on the period, the waiting time can be from 2 weeks to 2 months. In any case, we strongly recommend that you book your experience within 2 months following the date of purchase of your gift certificate. Call our customer sales representative for last minute bookings.
Help! I did not receive my confirmation email!
Check your spam folder to ensure it was not missed.
If you have any problems accessing your account please feel free to call us and we can re-send your order confirmation. You should also receive a reminder email prior to your event date with the order details.
My gift certificate has expired, what can I do?
It is possible to get an extension. The extension will cost you 30% of the total amount. To do so, please contact our customer sales representative at 0415 030 103
Can I modify my schedule or ask for a refund?
Reservations are not refundable. Your experience is valid for six months from the date of purchase. Once a date has been chosen and during the validity period, you can reschedule:
- Until 15 days prior to the date of the experience, at no charge;
- Within 15 days prior to the experience, with a 15% rescheduling fee;
- On the day of the experience or in case of no show, with a 30% rescheduling fee.
I was not able participate in the experience on the scheduled date,
what can I do?
Please contact our customer sales representative as soon as possible. If your gift certificate has already expired or you did not show up to the track on the scheduled date, we can reschedule your driving experience with an additional fee of 30% of the total amount.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE?
Is there a weight or height restriction?
Yes. Please contact us if the recipient weighs over 120kgs. or is 6'3" feet tall. We will advise you on what car to choose.
What is the minimum age to participate?
You must be 25 years of age and have a valid drivers license to drive.
Children are welcome to participate in a Ride-Along provided they taller than 130cm.
Is insurance included?
Yes, insurance is included in your package. However, you and your guests will have to sign a liability waiver form upon your arrival at the event/drive.
Deposit required?
No deposit is required for your driving experience at Perth Exotics except when it is for an outright hire.
Is an international driver’s license acceptable?
Yes. A valid driver’s license issued by a government agency is acceptable.
Do I need to know how to drive a Manual Transmission?
Some of our cars are equipped with paddle shifters. These are very easy for any driver to operate. To drive the other cars, yes you will need to know how to drive a manual gearbox car.
Do I need any prior experience?
Absolutely not! Our driving experiences are open to anyone! No matter what your skills are behind the wheel, you can choose to go for a 1hr, half day (4hr), full day (8hrs) or a full overnight package (24hrs). You will of course follow our technical briefings; participate in the demonstration drive with an instructor before you drive. Also in most cases you will always be accompanied by our professional driving instructor on your side. So relax and enjoy!
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
What can I expect when I get to the track?
After checking in, all drivers will attend a welcome briefing followed by a detailed technical instruction. Afterward all drivers will experience a demo drive in the car that you've hired. The instructor will explain the driving techniques you’ve just learned during the technical instruction. This will help you feel at ease from your very first time behind the wheel and fully enjoy your time on the road.
Do you provide transportation services?
We have our own Private Limo to provide alternative transportation options to and from our office.
What is the technical briefing all about?
No matter what level of driving experience you have, we require you to attend the technical briefing. In this briefing our professional instructors will communicate their direction and the mandatory driving and driving tips to use our sport cars safely.
- Proper driving position

What should I wear?
Participants need to wear comfortable clothes closed-toe shoes, preferably narrow sneakers. Sandals, thongs and high-heels are not acceptable.
Are helmets required?
No, you will not be driving the cars on or in any motor sport event.
Can I come with friends and family?
Yes, your friends and family are welcome and will be able to take videos and pictures from secure areas. Children are welcome, however we recommend not to bring children under 24 months for obvious reasons of noise and security. Pets are not allowed on the premises for security reasons unless that pet proves to provide health and/or physical aide.
Can my guest ride with me in the car when I hire it for one hour?
No, only a driver and instructor will be in the car. There is an opportunity for guests to accompany the participant when they have finished their discovery drive. The cost is $150 per half hour per additional person.
Can I use my own camera to record inside the car?
Due to company and insurance policies, we do not allow any other video equipment in the cars. We do offer an on-board video of your driving experience that you may purchase for $50 prior to driving.
How long should I plan for the whole experience?
Plan for a minimum of 2 hours. Plan for half a day if you are driving 4 hours.
Can I drive more than 1 car?
Yes, we offer the ability to book combo packages. These combos are designed for one driver and not to be split up with multiple drivers. The combo package helps provide you with the opportunity to compare and contrast power and handling of these exciting supercars.
Can I upgrade my experience?
It is preferable to plan ahead, but you may be able to upgrade your experience on track. You can also buy additional time, choose add-ons such as a DVD video of your driving experience or buy a Ride-along Experience.
Can we buy food and drinks on the track?
Yes. There are food/snacks and beverages available for purchase. There is also a nearby convenience store where you can purchase snacks/beverages before arriving.
What happens when it rains?
Our cars are equipped with all the security systems and proper tyres to handle driving in any conditions. In extreme cases where the weather conditions force us to cancel the driving sessions for security reasons, we would reschedule a new date free of charge within the next 2 months.
